What is the “Confession of Sin/s”?
Why do believers in Jesus confess sin? Is confession of sin a deal or transaction moving us from the “out” column to the “in” column with God? Do we HAVE to confess sin to “get saved”? These are the kinds of questions we wrestle with because of scriptures such as 1 John 1:9. How does the Gospel of the Father, Son and Spirit give us clarity and light on this subject?
