The Return of the King by Jonathan Stepp. When the Son of Man comes in his glory he will separate the sheep and the goats – but don’t worry! This is good news for everyone, even the goats.

Good Sermon. And good to hear you preaching in the context of the Christian year. Are more GCI pastors following the lectionary and Christian year? I have been helping my churches rediscover the Christian year for going on four years now. I just wish more people, however would truly embrace it as a gift to help the Church become truly Christ centered. Your sermon would go over extremely well in Methodist congregations. If you have a written text to go along with it, I’d certainly like to have a copy for future reference. You can find my last Christ the King sermon in my Facebook notes: The Grace to Push Back https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.1065625894417.11294.1639130459&type=1#!/note.php?note_id=10150379629268317

Thanks, David. More GCI pastors are following the Christian Year and the denomination is encouraging us to do so. I agree that it is a very good way to help focus the worship of the church on Christ.
Unfortunately, I don’t have a written text to go along with this sermon.
